Yoga is the perfect complement to surfing. In addition to surfing, you can also attend professional yoga classes and strengthen your body holistically and calm your mind.

Surfing & Yoga is the perfect combination: Yoga helps you to build up the strength and body tension you need to surf, as well as flexibility and balance. But that’s not all: With the breathing techniques of yoga you learn to lower your stress level and you are better prepared for possible “washes” in the sea.

Yoga is also a good physical way to keep you fit, prevent injuries, warm you up before surfing or relax your body after a long surf session.
